You must not submit targets without proper authorization. You are solely responsible for target ownership, authorization, and legal compliance.

3. Service Scope

Scantrico may provide public guest workflows, authenticated dashboards, API services, and supporting operational pages. Features may change, be limited, or be removed without notice.

4. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, scan completeness, or uninterrupted API availability.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Scanning targets without authorization
• Abuse, disruption, exploitation, or reverse engineering of the platform
• Submission of harmful, deceptive, or illegal targets or content
• Attempts to bypass limits, access controls, or usage restrictions

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect abuse, suspected misuse, policy violations, legal risk, or operational risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scantrico is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use or inability to use the service.
